Willis Law presented the Willis Award to Pam Goheen at the firm's Christmas party at the Beacon Club. This award was given to her for her exemplary service, extraordinary team leadership, improved process implementation and contribution to the firm's success.
Effective January 1, 2012, her title will be Operations Director. Pam will be in charge of firmwide office management and administrative affairs. Pam has been with the firm for seven years, which has quadrupled in size since Pam was hired and thanks to her leadership.
